A basic wall charger with a cable in the box, at the price point where the sensible use is a spare rather than your main charger. More capable options sit in chargers and adapters.
Ten watts is roughly double the old five-watt bricks that used to ship with phones, and about half what a modern fast charger delivers. In practice that means it charges a phone overnight without any trouble, tops up earbuds and a smartwatch quickly, and handles a small tablet slowly. What it will not do is fast-charge a recent phone — those want 20W or more, and a 10W supply simply gives them less to work with. Nothing is harmed by charging slowly; you just wait longer, and a slower charge is marginally kinder to the battery.
A charging cable is supplied with it, which is the reason to choose a bundle over a bare adapter. For a bedside or office spare that matters — the charger you cannot use because the cable is in another room is not a spare at all.
Our supplier does not specify which connector the included cable uses, and we have not verified it against a unit. Rather than guess and have you receive the wrong one, we have left it out of the specification table. If the connector type is the deciding factor for you, ask us before ordering and we will check the stock in hand.
No warranty term is published for this charger, so we state none. Our returns policy covers a unit that arrives faulty.

No. Recent phones want 20W or more to charge quickly, and this supplies 10W. It will charge the phone perfectly well, just slowly — which is fine overnight and frustrating if you need thirty per cent in fifteen minutes.
The opposite, if anything. Heat is what ages a lithium battery, and a slower charge generates less of it. Fast charging is a convenience trade-off rather than a benefit, so an overnight charge at 10W is genuinely kind to the cell.
A small tablet, yes, but slowly — possibly slower than it discharges if you use it at the same time. For a tablet you actually want to charge while using, look for an adapter rated at 20W or higher.
