Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from Kolorob at kolorob.bd. Kolorob is run by its owner as a sole trader in Bangladesh. It is not yet a registered company.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). You can pay cash on delivery or by bKash. Orders outside Dhaka need a ৳150 advance by bKash, and the balance is paid on delivery.

Orders

• You can place an order 24 hours a day.

• You may cancel an order while it is pending or confirmed.

• An order outside Dhaka whose advance is not paid within 48 hours is cancelled automatically.

• The advance is not refunded if an order is cancelled after dispatch.

Returns and warranty

You have 7 days from delivery to start a return. Warranty terms are listed on each product page. The details are on the Returns & refunds and Warranty pages.

Product information

Product details come from each product's own listing. Colours in photos can look slightly different on your screen.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Venue: [NEEDS OWNER INPUT: legal venue, to be set on registration].
