20W USB-C Power Delivery output
GaN internals in a 32.5mm cube
1.2m braided USB-C to Lightning cable included
Cable rated to 27W — above what the adapter supplies
PPS support for compatible Android phones
A charger and the right cable, sold together. That matters more with an iPhone than it sounds, because a 20W adapter paired with the wrong cable charges at exactly the speed of the small brick you were trying to replace. More options in chargers and adapters.
Power Delivery is the protocol Apple uses for fast charging, and 20W is roughly where an iPhone stops gaining from more. QCY quotes about half a charge in thirty minutes on recent models. Above 20W the phone simply does not draw more, so a larger adapter buys you nothing on an iPhone — though it would on an iPad or a laptop, which is worth knowing before you spend more than you need to.
Gallium nitride switches faster and wastes less energy as heat than the silicon inside a conventional charger. Less waste heat means less material is needed to shed it, which is how QCY fits 20W into a 32.5mm cube. It also runs cooler under load, which is the part that actually matters if you leave it plugged in overnight beside a bed.
1.2 metres, nylon braided, USB-C to Lightning, rated to 27W. That rating is deliberately higher than the adapter can supply, so the cable is never the bottleneck and still works if you later pair it with a bigger charger. Data transfer runs at USB 2.0 speed, 480Mbps, which is what Lightning supports.
No warranty term is published for this set through our supply route, so we state none. Our returns policy applies if it arrives faulty.

Any iPhone with a Lightning port that supports Power Delivery, which covers the iPhone 8 onwards. QCY quotes roughly half a charge in thirty minutes on recent models. Newer USB-C iPhones need a USB-C to USB-C cable instead, which is not included here.
So the cable is never the limiting factor. The adapter supplies 20W, the cable carries up to 27W, which means it still runs at full speed if you later plug it into a larger charger. There is no downside to the extra headroom.
Gallium nitride wastes less energy as heat than silicon, so a GaN charger can be much smaller for the same output and runs cooler under load. For a charger you leave plugged in overnight, running cooler is the practical benefit.
Yes, with your own USB-C to USB-C cable — the included one ends in Lightning. The adapter supports PPS as well as standard Power Delivery, so it fast-charges most recent Android phones properly rather than falling back to a trickle.
Slowly, and only ones that accept USB-C charging. Twenty watts is below what most laptops want, so it will hold the battery steady during light use rather than charge it quickly. For a laptop you want a 45W adapter or higher.
