Dhaka Sub-city covers Ashulia, Dhamrai, Dohar, Keraniganj, Narayanganj, Nawabganj, Savar and Tongi. Everywhere outside Dhaka district is Outside Dhaka.

Advance payment outside Dhaka
Orders outside Dhaka need a ৳150 advance, paid by bKash. You pay the rest in cash when the parcel arrives. Orders in Dhaka City and Dhaka Sub-city need no advance.
If an order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, the advance is not refunded.
An order whose advance is not paid within 48 hours is cancelled automatically.
Who delivers
Parcels are delivered by courier partners including Steadfast and Sundarban Courier, and by our own arrangements.

You can place an order 24 hours a day. Support replies from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, seven days a week.
