What can be returned

An item can be returned when it is:

• unused,

• in its original packaging,

• sent back with the invoice.

Opened or used personal care and cosmetic items cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.

How to start a return

Email hello@kolorob.bd within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and what is wrong with the item.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we pay for the return shipping. If you return an item for any other reason, you pay for the return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are completed within 7–10 working days of the return being approved. We refund to the original payment method, or by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer where that is not possible.

• Delivery charges are refunded only when the fault was ours.

• The ৳150 advance for orders outside Dhaka is not refunded if the order is cancelled after dispatch.
