Official warranty

Our gadgets are sourced through authorised retailers in Bangladesh, so most carry the manufacturer's official warranty. The product page says whether an item has one and for how long.

Kolorob service warranty

Where no official warranty exists, we may offer our own service warranty. When we do, the product page says so. If a product page does not state a Kolorob warranty, none applies.

Items with no warranty

Some items carry no warranty. If a product page lists no warranty, the item has none.

Making a claim

Email hello@kolorob.bd with your order number, the product name and a short description of the problem.
