A round-faced calling watch, which is the shape most people actually want on their wrist and which fewer budget models offer than you would expect. Compare it across our smartwatches.
1.39 inches, round, IPS. Round is harder to do well than square because watch faces and notification text both have to be designed for a circle, but it reads as a watch rather than a small screen strapped to you. The 2.5D glass is curved at the edges where it meets the case. That is partly aesthetic and partly practical — a curved edge means your finger runs off the glass smoothly when swiping, instead of catching on a bezel lip, which makes edge gestures noticeably less irritating.
Bluetooth calling works through a built-in microphone and speaker, so you can take a call without reaching for the phone. On the health side there is heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep and guided breathing, plus cycle tracking. Read all of it as trend data — a wrist sensor is useful for showing change over weeks and is not a clinical instrument. Sports modes cover running, cycling, hiking and others, tracked by the motion sensor rather than by GPS.
Zeblaze quotes a battery capacity and runtime for the Btalk 3 Plus that we have not verified against a unit in hand, so neither appears in the specification table above. Everything that is listed there is confirmed. We would rather give you a short table you can trust.
No warranty term is published for this model through our supply route, so we do not state one. Our returns policy covers a faulty unit.

No built-in GPS. Distance and pace come from the motion sensor, which is reasonably good on a treadmill or a steady run and less accurate on varied terrain. For mapped routes you need your phone with you and its GPS doing the work.
Because we have not verified Zeblaze's quoted capacity and runtime against a unit in hand. We only publish figures we can stand behind, so a short table is deliberate. Everything listed above has been confirmed.
It looks more like a watch, which is why many people prefer it. Square screens fit more text per line, so notifications need less scrolling. It is genuinely a matter of taste rather than one being technically better.
We have not confirmed a water resistance rating for this model, so we cannot tell you it is safe. Treat it as splash-tolerant at most and keep it out of the shower and the pool until the rating is verified.
Useful for trends, not for diagnosis. A wrist optical sensor is good at showing that your resting heart rate has drifted or your sleep has worsened over weeks. It is not a clinical measurement and should not inform a medical decision.
