Most affordable smartwatches estimate distance from step count, or borrow your phone's GPS — which means carrying the phone. A watch with its own receiver records an actual route with actual distances, phone left at home. For running, cycling or hiking that is the difference between an estimate and a measurement, and it keeps pace accurate on varied terrain where step-counting drifts badly. This model uses both GPS and BDS with assisted GPS, which shortens the wait for a fix at the start of a session — the part people find most irritating about GPS watches.
Silicone and nylon both ship in the box. Silicone handles sweat and washes clean, which is what you want for training. Nylon is more breathable and more comfortable for all-day and overnight wear. Getting both means you are not choosing between a training watch and an everyday one, and it saves buying a second band later.
Same 1.43-inch AMOLED at 466 × 466 and 1000 nits with Gorilla Glass. The Btalk 3 Pro is lighter at 21.3g and slimmer at 10.3mm but has no GPS. This one is 26.2g and 10.9mm with the larger 300mAh cell, rated at 14 days typical and 25 in saver mode. Positioning against slimness.

No, which is the point of this model. It has its own GPS and BDS receiver, so it records real routes and distances with the phone left at home. Watches without GPS estimate from step count instead.
It shortens the time to get a satellite fix at the start of a session by using cached orbital data. Waiting outside for a lock is the most irritating part of a GPS watch, and this reduces it noticeably.

Same AMOLED display. This one adds GPS, a larger 300mAh battery and a second strap, at 26.2g. The Pro is lighter at 21.3g and slimmer but has no positioning. Route tracking against everyday comfort.
A lot. The receiver stays locked onto satellites continuously, so a long tracked session drains it far faster than the 14-day typical figure suggests. That is true of every GPS wearable, not just this one.
