Twenty thousand milliamp-hours is roughly four full charges for a typical phone, and 45W is the point at which a power bank stops being a phone accessory and becomes able to run a laptop. More capacities in power banks.
Forty-five watts is enough for a MacBook Air, most thin Windows laptops and a Nintendo Switch at full speed, alongside any phone or tablet. A phone will never draw all of it — most cap somewhere between 20W and 33W — but the headroom means the bank is not the limiting factor. Three devices can charge together, though the total wattage is shared between them, so simultaneous charging is slower per device than one at a time.
A Type-C cable is attached to the body. That sounds like a small thing until the morning you leave the house with the power bank and without a cable. The LED readout shows remaining charge as a percentage rather than four ambiguous dots, which is the difference between guessing and knowing whether there is enough left for the journey home.
A 20000mAh bank does not deliver 20000mAh to your phone. Voltage conversion costs energy, so expect roughly sixty to seventy per cent of the rated figure to arrive — around 12000 to 14000mAh in practice. That is normal and true of every power bank on the market; a brand quoting a higher real-world number is quoting it wrong. We would rather you knew that before buying than after.

Yes, if the laptop accepts USB-C charging. Forty-five watts runs a MacBook Air or most thin Windows machines at full speed. Larger gaming laptops want more than this and will charge slowly or only hold their level during use.
Around three to four for a typical phone. That is fewer than the raw capacity suggests because voltage conversion loses energy — you get roughly sixty to seventy per cent of the rated figure delivered, which is normal for every power bank.
So you cannot forget it. The built-in Type-C cable handles phones, tablets and laptops with a USB-C port directly, and the separate outputs are there for anything that needs its own cable, such as an older device.
Generally yes. A 20000mAh bank at 3.7V is about 74Wh, which sits under the 100Wh limit most airlines apply to carry-on batteries. It must travel in your cabin bag, never checked luggage. Confirm with your airline before you fly.
Yes. The 45W total is shared between whatever is connected, so three devices at once each get a fraction of it. For the fastest possible charge on a laptop, connect it on its own.
